Security Deposit Information:

At Northern Comfort Cleaners, we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services for your space. To ensure a smooth & reliable service experience, a security deposit will be required to officially book your cleaning.

Deposit Amount: For services totaling $300 or less, the security deposit is 33% of the total service cost. For services totaling over $300, the security deposit is 50% of the total service cost. The exact deposit amount will be clearly outlined in your service agreement, based on the scope & nature of the cleaning project.

Purpose of the Deposit: The security deposit helps us confirm your cleaning service & ensures we can allocate proper resources & materials necessary for your cleaning service needs.

Refund & Terms: Your security deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the services. In the event of a cancellation or change to the service, the deposit may be refundable, depending on the circumstances. However, please note that a refund of the security deposit will not be issued if the cancellation is not made at least 24 hours in advance.
